Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Home Wyatt is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to the above address for immediate credit and attention. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping. We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange. |
